Heads up: Peacock’s help center only opens from the US, so these steps follow a 1 October 2026 copy of its cancel article and Terms and are kept general, without exact button names. Check Peacock’s live article if anything differs.

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in to your Peacock account in a web browser.
  2. Open your account’s plans and subscriptions page.
  3. Choose the option to cancel your plan and confirm.
  4. Look for the confirmation on screen and by email — the email can take a few hours.

Cancelling your plan also ends add-ons. To drop only an add-on, remove that add-on from your subscriptions page. Can’t sign in? Peacock’s help article offers cancelling by chat.

If another company bills you

  1. Sign in to Peacock on the web and check the payment method on your subscriptions page.
  2. If another company bills you, cancel in that company’s subscription settings.
  3. If Peacock came included with another service, contact that company to cancel.

Peacock lists Amazon, Apple, DIRECTV, Google Play, Roku, Spectrum, Verizon, Xfinity and Xumo TV among the companies that bill for it, and says it can’t cancel those plans itself.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

If you subscribed to Peacock through the App Store, Apple bills you, so you cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

  1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down. If there's no cancel button, or you see red expiration text, it's already cancelled.

Good to know before you cancel

  • Cancel no later than the day before your next billing date, or you’ll be charged for the next term.
  • On a free trial or promotion, cancelling may take effect right away instead of at the end of the term.
  • An add-on with its own billing date keeps billing until you cancel it too.

Peacock cancellation FAQ

Will I get a refund?

Generally no. Peacock says it doesn’t refund or credit earlier payments when you cancel, unless the law requires it.

When does my access end?

Your plan won’t renew, and you keep access until the end of the current term. On a free trial or promotion, cancelling may take effect immediately.

I subscribed through Apple or Google. Can Peacock cancel it?

No. Cancel with the company that bills you — Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon or your provider.

How do I know who bills me?
