Cancel on mgmplus.com
- Go to mgmplus.com and click the icon in the top right corner to open your profile page.
- Select your subscription.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
MGM+ gives these steps for subscriptions you started on the web at MGMplus.com.
If an app store or TV platform bills you
- Open the subscription settings on the platform where you signed up. MGM+ lists Apple, Google Play, Roku and Amazon, and says these are usually in your phone, tablet or TV’s settings app.
- Find MGM+ in your subscriptions and cancel it there.
MGM+ says you can change your plan from the profile page in its app, but cancellations have to be handled in your platform’s subscription settings. Its Terms of Use say that if you subscribed through a subscription provider, you cancel by contacting that provider.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
If you subscribed to MGM+ through the App Store, Apple bills you, so you cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down. If there's no cancel button, or you see red expiration text, it's already cancelled.
MGM+ says that if you subscribed through an app store such as Apple, you manage and cancel in that platform’s subscription settings.

If you subscribed to MGM+ through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play.
- On your Android device, open your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
MGM+ says that if you subscribed through an app store such as Google Play, you manage and cancel in that platform’s subscription settings.

Good to know before you cancel
- You need to cancel through the same platform where you originally signed up, whether that’s mgmplus.com, Apple, Google Play, Roku or Amazon.
- Deleting the MGM+ app from your device will not stop billing.
- After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. The subscription then doesn’t renew and you lose access to the content library.
- If you’re on a free trial, the subscription fee is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel the trial in time.
