The fastest way

- Click the 4 boxes in the top right corner.

Cancel by phone (Connecticut only)
- Check that you live in Connecticut and bought your FOX One subscription directly from FOX.
- Call (855) 557-1437 and follow the prompts.
Fox says this cancels your FOX One account only, and that you can also chat with its agents.
If you have the ESPN Unlimited, FOX One bundle
- Cancel through the same platform where you bought the bundle, either ESPN or FOX.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

If another company bills you
- If you subscribed through a third party such as Roku or Amazon, contact that company directly to cancel your plan.
- Fox says it can’t cancel a plan billed by a third party, and its help article links to help pages for Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Roku, Xfinity and Xumo TV.

- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down. If there's no cancel button, or you see red expiration text, it's already cancelled.

Good to know before you cancel
- Canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. Fox’s Terms say you must cancel before your next payment date to avoid the next billing.
- Fox’s Terms of Use say payments are non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, and that you forfeit any service or referral credits when you cancel.
- Deleting your FOX account doesn’t cancel a paid subscription, according to Fox’s account help.
- On a free trial, the Terms say your subscription converts to a regular-price subscription unless you cancel before the conversion, and that you won’t be notified the trial is about to end unless the law requires it.
- If Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon or another third party bills you, Fox can’t cancel for you, and its Terms say it isn’t responsible for refunding what you paid that company.

Fox One cancellation FAQ
Can I cancel Fox One online or without calling?
Yes. Fox’s help gives steps for fox.com and for the FOX One mobile app, and a chat route through help.fox.com. A phone number, (855) 557-1437, is offered only to Connecticut customers who bought directly from Fox.
Will I get a refund?
Fox’s Terms of Use say payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. You keep access for the rest of the billing period but don’t get a refund. If a third party billed you, Fox says it isn’t responsible for refunding that money, so ask that company.
Does Fox One have a free trial, and how do I avoid being charged?
Fox’s plans page says some plans include a free trial when you sign up. The Terms say a trial turns into a regular-price subscription unless you cancel before the conversion, and that if your trial is through Fox you can find the end date in the Subscription section of your account.
Can I pause Fox One instead of canceling?
Sometimes. Fox says pausing is available only for monthly FOX One subscriptions purchased via the web: sign in at fox.com, go to Manage Subscriptions, select Pause, choose a pause period and confirm. The ESPN Unlimited, FOX One bundle can’t be paused.
