Cancel by phone

  1. Call Fabletics at 1-844-322-5384 (1-844-FABLETICS).
  2. Ask to cancel your VIP membership.

Fabletics says representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cancel online or by live chat

  1. Log in to your Fabletics account and open your My Account page.
  2. Use the online cancel options there, or contact Fabletics by live chat and ask to cancel.

Fabletics’ Terms say only the registered VIP member, or the holder of the card or payment method on file, can cancel the account.

Good to know before you cancel

  • You’re charged the membership fee (currently $69.95) on the 6th of each month unless you skip the month between the 1st and the 5th, until you cancel.
  • Fabletics’ How It Works page says a cancellation takes effect after 30 days. Its US help article and Terms don’t mention a delay, so confirm the effective date when you cancel.
  • Unused promotional member credits expire 12 months after they were issued. After you cancel you can still use unexpired credits, but you lose VIP member pricing on items bought without one.

Will I get a refund?

Fabletics says there’s no charge or fee to cancel. Fabletics’ help pages and Terms don’t describe refunding a membership charge that has already been billed, and the Terms say promotional member credits can’t be redeemed for cash or store credit. Contact Fabletics by phone or live chat about a specific charge.

When does my cancellation take effect?

Fabletics’ How It Works page says a cancellation requested by online form, chat or email takes effect after 30 days. Its US help article and Terms don’t mention a delay, so ask when you cancel.

Can I skip a month instead of cancelling?

Yes. Between the 1st and the 5th of the month, log in and follow the prompts in the window on the homepage that says “skip this month”, or call 1-844-322-5384. You can only skip one month at a time, but Fabletics says you can skip as many times as you like.

What happens to my perks if I cancel?

Fabletics says you can still shop the site at retail prices and redeem unused VIP credits. Its Terms say you lose VIP member pricing on items bought without a credit, and that access to the Fabletics FIT app depends on keeping an active VIP membership.
