Cancel in a web browser

  1. Sign in to your ESPN account in a computer or phone web browser.
  2. Select your profile picture at the top right, then Account.
  3. Select Manage Subscription, then click the subscription under Plans & Billing.
  4. Choose the plan you want to cancel (ESPN Select or ESPN Unlimited).
  5. Select Cancel and confirm.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. Your ESPN account isn’t deleted.

If Disney+ or another partner bills you

  1. Check who bills you for ESPN.
  2. If ESPN is part of a Disney+ bundle that Disney+ bills, sign in to Disney+ in a web browser, go to Account, select your subscription and cancel it there.
  3. If Hulu, Roku or another partner bills you, cancel in that partner’s account settings.

ESPN sends Disney+ bundle subscribers to the Disney+ Help Center to manage their subscription.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

If you subscribed to ESPN+ through the App Store, Apple bills you, so you cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

  1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down. If there's no cancel button, or you see red expiration text, it's already cancelled.

ESPN says subscriptions billed through Apple are managed with Apple, not on ESPN.com.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Good to know before you cancel

  • ESPN doesn’t refund or credit partly used billing periods.
  • Removing ESPN Unlimited doesn’t cancel MLB.TV unless you cancel both.
  • Cancelling doesn’t delete your ESPN account — you can still use the ESPN app without a subscription.
