If you subscribed to TIDAL through the App Store, Apple bills you, so you cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down. If there's no cancel button, or you see red expiration text, it's already cancelled.

Good to know before you cancel
- To see who bills you, sign in at account.tidal.com and open the Payments tab. It shows a message if your payment is managed by Apple or Google.
- Deleting your TIDAL account does not cancel a subscription that Apple or Google manages. You have to cancel with that company to avoid future charges.
- Deleting your account is permanent and forfeits any remaining subscription period. TIDAL says to cancel instead if you only want to stop paying and keep your account.
- TIDAL says that in the US it can’t give refunds if you forgot to cancel and the subscription renewed.

TIDAL cancellation FAQ
Will I get a refund?
Not in the US. TIDAL’s Refund Policy says that outside the UK, EU, EEA and Brazil (the US and elsewhere) it won’t refund any fees paid, including advance payments for any subscription term. Its Refund FAQs add that it can’t refund a renewal you forgot to cancel if you live in the US.
When does my access end after I cancel?
TIDAL says that once you cancel, you continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.
I pay through Apple or Google Play. Can TIDAL cancel or refund it?
No. TIDAL says that for purchases made through a partner platform such as Apple or Google Play, you need to cancel there, and it can’t process refunds. Ask Apple or Google for a refund.
Does deleting my TIDAL account stop the charges?
Only if TIDAL bills you directly. If Apple or Google manages your subscription, deleting the account does not cancel it, so cancel with that provider first.
