Cancel on a computer
- Sign in to your account on the Pandora website.
- Go to the Subscriptions page. You can also reach it from the Settings menu.
- Select Switch Plans, then click Cancel Subscription in the bottom corner of the screen.
- Confirm the cancellation of any future subscription payments.
These steps are for subscriptions and trials that Pandora bills. Pandora says to check your bank statement first to confirm how you’re charged.
Cancel from a phone or tablet browser
- Go to the Pandora website.
- Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
- Tap Subscription. Log in to your account if prompted.
- On your Subscription details page, select Switch Plans, then Cancel Subscription.
If another company bills you
- Check your bank statement to see how you’re charged for Pandora.
- Amazon Appstore: manage the subscription on the Amazon Appstore website, in the Amazon Appstore app on Android, or on your Fire tablet.
- Roku: unsubscribe or cancel from your Roku, mobile device, or PC.
- T-Mobile: log in to T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app with your T-Mobile ID and manage your add-ons.
- Other mobile carrier billing: cancel through Google Play on an Android device or on a computer.
Pandora says it can’t cancel, change or refund subscriptions or trials bought through Apple, Amazon, Roku or carriers such as Verizon and T-Mobile.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
If you subscribed to Pandora through the App Store, Apple bills you, so you cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription — you may need to scroll down. If there's no cancel button, or you see red expiration text, it's already cancelled.
Pandora says that if Apple bills you, you manage or cancel through Apple, and Pandora Support can’t do it for you.

Cancel on Android (billed by Google Play)
If you subscribed to Pandora through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play.
- On your Android device, open your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Pandora says that if you bought your subscription in the Google Play Store, you can cancel it through Google Play on an Android device or on a computer. Carrier billing set up through Google Play is canceled the same way.

Good to know before you cancel
- Uninstalling the Pandora app does not cancel your subscription. You have to cancel with the company that manages it.
- To avoid being charged at renewal or at the end of a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before. For trials, Pandora says canceling at least 3 days ahead is the safest, because billing cycles differ between vendors.
- If you turn off auto-renewal on a trial, you still get the full length of the trial, and your account then returns to the free version of Pandora.
- Pandora Support can’t manage subscriptions bought through Apple, Amazon, Roku or carriers. Cancel with that company.

Pandora cancellation FAQ
Will I get a refund?
Pandora’s Subscription Terms say a purchase is final and non-refundable, and Pandora won’t issue any refund, including partial or pro-rated ones, unless the law requires it. For Apple, Amazon, Roku or carrier billing, Pandora says it can’t issue refunds, so ask that company.
When does my access end after I cancel?
Pandora’s Subscription Terms say that if you cancel during your current access period, your access continues until the end of that period, then it expires. If you cancel a free trial, your account returns to the free version of Pandora.
How do I know who bills me?
Pandora says to check your bank statement to confirm how you’re charged for Pandora, then use the matching steps: Apple, Google Play, Pandora, Amazon Appstore, Roku, T-Mobile or another carrier.
Can I ask Pandora to cancel for me?
Pandora’s Subscription Terms say you may also contact Listener Support with a request to cancel your subscription. That doesn’t apply to subscriptions bought through Apple, Amazon, Roku or carriers, which Pandora Support says it can’t cancel.
