How to cancel EoS Fitness

EoS says the best way to cancel is to visit your home gym, but you can also request it online in the MyiClubOnline member portal under My Agreements, by calling 1-866-992-8958, or by emailing customercare@abcfitness.com. Memberships need 30 days’ cancellation notice, and you’re billed one final time on your regular billing date.

Cancel at your home gym

  1. Visit your home EoS Fitness location.
  2. Speak with a team member and ask to cancel your membership.

EoS’s FAQ calls this the best way to cancel.

Cancel online in MyiClubOnline

  1. Go to MyiClubOnline.com, EoS’s MICO Member Portal.
  2. Log in, or register as a New User.
  3. Go to My Agreements.
  4. Select the agreement you want to cancel.

If you don’t see a cancellation option, EoS says to call 1-866-992-8958 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. It says you should get a response from a team member within the next 24 hours.

Good to know before you cancel

  • Memberships are month-to-month and need a 30-day cancellation notice. After EoS receives your notice, you’re billed one final time on your regular billing date to cover the final 30 days of your membership.
  • EoS says there is no fee for canceling, but your membership must be in good standing without a past-due balance.
  • With an active Personal Training Agreement you can’t cancel your membership. EoS says to pay the remaining balance and then cancel with 30 days’ notice, or wait until the agreement is fulfilled, and to visit your gym to discuss options.
  • New members can cancel for a full refund of all monies rendered if they submit the cancellation within 3 days of signing up, weekends and holidays excluded.
  • EoS says most of its membership agreements are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, so check your own Membership Agreement for yours.

Can I cancel EoS online or without going to the gym?

Yes. EoS’s FAQ says you can request cancellation online through the MyiClubOnline member portal under My Agreements, and lists calling 1-866-992-8958 or emailing customercare@abcfitness.com as other options. It still calls visiting your home location the best way to cancel.

How much notice do I need, and is there a fee to cancel?

EoS requires 30 days’ notice and says there is no fee for canceling. After it receives your notice, you’re billed one final time on your regular billing date to cover the final 30 days of your membership.

Will I get a refund?

New members have a right of rescission: a full refund of all monies rendered if the cancellation is submitted within 3 days of signing up, weekends and holidays excluded. EoS’s FAQ doesn’t describe refunds after that, and EoS’s current offer terms call the $59.99 annual fee non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Can I freeze my membership instead of canceling?

Yes. EoS says you can freeze for any reason at any time, for up to 3 months at $5 per month frozen and up to 6 months in a year. Ask at your home location, use the Contact Us page, or send a written request to customercare@abcfitness.com with your agreement or barcode number, start date and length. The annual fee is still billed if it falls in the freeze.
