How to cancel Fit4Less
The fastest way
In Canada, Fit4Less says to cancel at the self-service kiosk at your Home Club, and it requires 30 days’ notice. Its help doesn’t describe cancelling online; if you need help, it says to call your Home Club during staffed hours.

Cancel at your Home Club’s self-service kiosk
- Go to your Home Club and find the self-service kiosk, which Fit4Less says is in the front vestibule or entrance.
- Use the kiosk to cancel your membership.
- Expect to pay through the 30-day notice period. Fit4Less says you’re responsible for paying all fees during it.
Fit4Less’s cancellation article and its Membership Changes page both name the kiosk as the way to cancel. They don’t describe the kiosk screens, so we can’t name the buttons.
Get help from your Home Club by phone
- Find your Home Club’s phone number on the Locations page at fit4less.ca/locations.
- Call your Home Club during staffed hours.
- Ask for help with your cancellation.
Fit4Less says to call your Home Club if you need further assistance. It doesn’t say a cancellation can be completed by phone, so ask the club what it can do.
Good to know before you cancel
- Fit4Less calls its 30-day cancellation notice mandatory, and says you’re responsible for paying all fees during it. The $49.99 plus tax Annual Fee may be withdrawn during that period, depending on your joining date.
- If you upgrade or downgrade during your 30-day notice period, Fit4Less says your cancellation is removed and your membership stays active.
- Fit4Less says it isn’t affiliated with third-party cancellation services. The 30-day notice applies to cancellations they submit, and Fit4Less says it can’t adjust or waive it if they promise otherwise.
- Fit4Less says 1-Year Paid in Full memberships are non-refundable. They end when the contract period ends and don’t renew automatically.
- Fit4Less says it does not offer membership freezes at this time.

Fit4Less cancellation FAQ
Can I cancel Fit4Less online or without going to the gym?
Fit4Less’s help doesn’t describe an online cancellation. Its cancellation articles and its Membership Changes page say to use the self-service kiosk at your Home Club, and the page lists what the Member Portal can do (upgrade, add Lock In Your Rate, update personal information, change banking information and make payments) without listing cancelling. If you need help, it says to call your Home Club during staffed hours.
Will I get a refund?
Fit4Less says 1-Year Paid in Full memberships are non-refundable, and that fees listed in your contract are non-refundable and can’t be waived. If you’ve just bought a membership, it says you may review your contract under the Consumer Protection Act in your province and to request the cancellation at your Home Club’s kiosk. Its help doesn’t say whether monthly dues are refunded, so ask your Home Club.
Can I freeze or pause my membership instead?
No. Fit4Less says it does not offer membership freezes at this time.
Does my membership renew on its own?
It depends on the type. Fit4Less says a 1-Year Paid in Full membership ends when the contract period ends. A Pre-authorized Payment membership continues month to month unless Fit4Less is notified of your cancellation, and 30 days’ notice applies.
