How to cancel Apple One

The fastest way

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Apple One, then tap Cancel Subscription. Apple says to cancel at least a day before your monthly renewal date, and you keep access until the end of the billing cycle you paid for.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. In Settings, tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then tap Apple One.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find it.

If there’s no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Cancel on a Mac

  1. In the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Or click Sign In and sign in to your Apple Account.
  2. On the page that appears, click your name. You might be asked to sign in to your Apple Account.
  3. Click Subscriptions, then click Apple One.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on the web

  1. Go to account.apple.com and sign in to your Apple Account.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to find your Apple One subscription and cancel it.

Apple’s article offers this web route, and it is the route it lists for Android devices.

Cancel on a Windows PC

  1. On your Windows PC, open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.
  2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account.
  3. Scroll to the Settings section. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
  4. Find Apple One, then click Edit.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

Good to know before you cancel

  • Cancel at least a day before your monthly renewal date. Apple One is monthly with no long-term commitment.
  • You can’t cancel a family member’s subscription. If a family member’s Apple Account is on the receipt, they have to cancel it.
  • If you’re on a free trial and don’t want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple’s terms say you can’t reactivate a free trial after you cancel it early.
  • Check the Apple Account you’re signed in with. If you can’t find Apple One, search your email for a receipt from Apple and sign in to the Apple Account shown on it.

Will I get a refund?

Cancelling stops future renewals. Apple says some purchases from its services might be eligible for a refund, which you request at reportaproblem.apple.com, and its Media Services terms say all transactions are final. Apple says to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on a request.

When does my access end?

Apple says you have access until the end of the billing cycle you paid for.

I can’t find Apple One in my subscriptions. What should I do?

Search your email for receipt from Apple or invoice from Apple, check which Apple Account was used, and sign in with that account. If you can’t find an Apple receipt, you may have bought it from another company, so check your bank or card statement.

What happens to my Apple services after Apple One ends?

Apple’s terms say that when your subscription to any service ends, you lose access to any functionality or content of that service that requires a subscription.
