Cancel on ring.com

  1. Sign in to your account on ring.com.
  2. Select Plan on the top menu.
  3. Select the plan you want to cancel.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Ring says that when you cancel, your subscription and add-ons stop at the end of your billing period and won’t renew.

Good to know before you cancel

  • Ring says you lose access to all your recorded videos when you cancel, and past recordings can’t be restored if you resubscribe. To save videos, download them before canceling.
  • Canceling stops your subscription and add-ons at the end of your billing period. You keep your plan’s benefits until then.
  • To downgrade, Ring says to cancel your current subscription at ring.com and then resubscribe to the tier you want. Upgrading cancels your old subscription automatically and gives you a prorated credit for the unused time.
  • If your Ring plan is billed through Amazon.com, Ring says you can move it to ring.com by selecting Plans, then Move Now. Your Amazon subscription is then cancelled automatically.
