How to cancel Noom
The fastest way
In the Noom app, tap your profile picture, then Settings, then Manage Subscription and follow the prompts. You can also cancel in the Subscription Portal on the web, or through the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there. Canceling doesn’t end your access right away: you keep full features until the current billing cycle ends.

Good to know before you cancel
- Canceling doesn’t end your access immediately. Noom says you keep full features until the current billing cycle wraps up.
- Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. Use one of the cancel methods before your next billing date.
- Noom’s Terms say you must cancel before 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next recurring billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
- On a free trial, cancel before the trial ends. Noom’s Terms say you won’t get a separate notice that your trial is about to end, unless the law requires one, and that cancelling a trial or promotion may take effect immediately.

Noom cancellation FAQ
Will I get a refund?
It depends on your program. Noom says that for Noom Weight, refunds may be available if you ask within 14 days of your first charge, and renewal charges aren’t refundable. For Noom Med, refunds may be available unless a prescription has already been written. For the Telehealth for Branded Meds program, refunds may be available within 7 days of your first charge unless a clinical visit has occurred. To ask, use the chat button on Noom’s support pages or its contact form. Noom’s Terms also let California residents cancel and seek a refund within three business days of signing up, by mailing or delivering a signed notice.
When does my Noom access end after I cancel?
Noom says your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, even if you cancel mid-cycle. If you’re on a free trial or promotion, Noom’s Terms say cancellation may be effective immediately.
How do I find my renewal date?
Noom says you can view and manage your plan in your Subscription Portal, and that its billing reminder emails include details about renewal dates and refund eligibility.
Can I switch programs instead of cancelling?
Yes, in one case. Noom says that if you’re in Noom Med and want to switch to Noom Weight instead of cancelling, you can do that in your Subscription Portal or by contacting Support.
