How to cancel Factor
The fastest way
Log in at factor75.com, open Settings, and on the Plan Settings page click Deactivate My Plan, then Cancel Anyway. Do it before your weekly cutoff (11:59 pm Central, shown on your My Menu page) or the next box still ships.

Cancel on the web
- Log into your account at factor75.com.
- Click the person icon (desktop or laptop) or the horizontal lines (phone or tablet) in the top right-hand corner, then click Settings.
- On the Plan Settings page, scroll down to the Status section and click Deactivate My Plan.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Anyway.
Factor says deactivating your plan skips your deliveries indefinitely. Its Terms describe the same step with different labels: Account Settings, then End Meal Subscription under the Status section.
Cancel in the iOS app
- Log into your account in the Factor app.
- Tap the Settings icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Tap Personal Information.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tap Continue to Deactivate.
Factor’s help lists these steps among those for deactivating your subscription, and says deactivating your plan skips your deliveries indefinitely.
Cancel through Customer Care
- Go to factor75.com/contact, or email help@factor75.com.
- Say that you want to terminate your subscription.
- Include your full name and the email address registered to your account.
Factor’s Terms list this as another way to cancel besides doing it in your account.
Good to know before you cancel
- Cancel before your weekly cutoff. Factor says it can’t modify or cancel an order that has already processed, and orders are processed immediately after the cutoff shown on your My Menu page.
- Cancelling doesn’t cancel an existing order. If an automated order was already placed, you’ll receive it the following week, and after that you won’t be charged or get further deliveries.
- Factor says you won’t be charged for cancelling itself.
- Factor Cash that was issued as a promotion, discount or compensation can be expired and withdrawn when you cancel.

Factor cancellation FAQ
Will I get a refund?
Factor’s Terms say the service subscription fee is non-refundable except as the Terms provide. If something is wrong with a meal, the Terms say to contact Factor within five days of receiving it; Factor decides at its discretion whether to credit or refund that meal.
What if I cancel after the cutoff?
If an automated order was already placed, Factor says that order can’t be canceled and you’ll receive it the following week. After that, you won’t be charged or receive further deliveries if your subscription is canceled.
Can I skip a week instead of cancelling?
Yes, before the weekly cutoff on your My Menu page. On the web, log in, select the delivery date you’d like to skip, click Change or Skip Delivery, then click Skip Week in the pop-up. In the app, find the delivery, tap the three dots next to the date, then tap Skip Week. Factor’s Terms say a skip covers only that week, and automatic deliveries start again the following week.
Can I come back later?
Yes. Factor’s Terms say you can re-subscribe at any time after cancelling, but Factor may refuse re-subscription where it previously chose to end your subscription.
