How to cancel EveryPlate
The fastest way
Log in, click your name, open Account Settings, and use Manage on the Plan settings page to cancel. Do it before your weekly cutoff, 5 days before delivery, or you may still be charged and receive that box.

Heads up: EveryPlate’s Help Center FAQ explains the cancellation deadline but doesn’t list the buttons to click, so the click path comes from its Terms of Service and the labels on your screen may differ.
Cancel on the web
- Log on to your EveryPlate account.
- Click your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click Account Settings.
- On the Plan settings page, scroll down and click Manage (under the Subscription Status section).
- Follow the prompts for your cancellation until you see a message confirming your account has been cancelled.
These steps come from EveryPlate’s Terms. Its Help Center FAQ says you can cancel anytime before your weekly cutoff but doesn’t list the buttons.
Cancel through Customer Care
- Go to everyplate.com/contact, or call (973) 210-4915.
- Say that you want to cancel your subscription.
- Give your full name and the email address registered to your account.
EveryPlate’s Terms list this as another way to cancel besides doing it in your account.
Good to know before you cancel
- Cancel before your weekly cutoff, 5 days before your scheduled delivery. EveryPlate’s FAQ gives the time as 11:59 PM ET and its Terms say 11:59 PM PT, so use the deadline shown on your My Menu page and don’t leave it to the last minute.
- If you cancel after the cutoff, you may still be charged and your box may still be delivered because it has already been prepared. EveryPlate’s Terms say the cancellation then takes effect for the following delivery week.
- A free or discounted first box still renews. EveryPlate says it’s a weekly subscription that renews automatically after your first delivery unless you skip or cancel in advance.
- Remaining credits or promotional offers may no longer be available once your account is closed.

EveryPlate cancellation FAQ
Will I get a refund?
EveryPlate’s Terms say you won’t be charged for cancelling, and that the service subscription fee is otherwise non-refundable except as the Terms provide. If something is wrong with a box, the Terms say to contact EveryPlate within five days of receiving it; EveryPlate decides at its discretion whether to give a credit or refund. Its FAQ says to contact Customer Support if you think you were charged in error.
When am I charged?
EveryPlate says you’re charged for your first box and ongoing orders 4 days before your scheduled delivery. It also says you can skip or cancel anytime up to 5 days before your next delivery.
Can I skip a week instead of cancelling?
Yes. EveryPlate says you can skip any week before your weekly cutoff (5 days before delivery). Skipped weeks aren’t charged, and your plan resumes automatically the following week. Its Terms say to select the week on your Account page and click Pause Week.
Can I come back later?
Yes. EveryPlate says you can log in at any time after cancelling to reactivate your subscription or start a new plan. Its Terms add that it may refuse re-subscription where it previously chose to end your subscription.
